A most delicious surprise, in a pleasant relaxed outdoor setting awaits you after a 15 minute stroll off the ferry. We sat outside for coffee and one of tastiest tortes ever. It was self serve, very efficient and the food was most yummy! I'd love to return and dine in sometime since the menu looked interesting.

We celebrated our wedding here last week and could not have asked for a more beautiful location or more outstanding staff! The venue itself is unpretentious and charming, with lots of space outside to sit overlooking the Havel and is surrounded by a lovely park. This meant not only that our guests oohed and ahhed at the view upon arrival, but also we had plenty of room for tables, food, gifts and lots of activities. We were also able to arrange a big a scavenger hunt in the park which was exceptional!
Herr Lackmann and team were wonderful before and during the event itself - in particular when we had major issues with our *external* caterer, the Gutshaus staff stepped up to provide additional help on extremely short notice. My mom described the location as "idyllic" which I think sums it up nicely. Our day was wonderful in large part thanks to the amazing Gutshaus Neukladow!

Mark organized the most superb private dinner in the historical Gutshaus Neukladow. He told the story of the building including the farm history and the interesting fact that Otto von Bismarck's mother lived here while he was chancellor.

We had a beautiful dinner with the fireplace going, drinks on arrival and the showstopper - the lamb. Wow! Easily the best lamb I have had since moving to Germany from Australia (it would simply not be fair to compare Australian lamb).

I look forward to returning throughout the seasons to visit the beautiful spot. Thanks Mark!

Limited self-service cafe with reasonably good views out to the water. €3.50 for a Fritz-Kola feels expensive but it was the only place in that area and it was still worth stopping at.

We casually took the ferry for a spontaneous day trip. We wanted to try the delicious cakes and cafe they had listed on their homepage. Unfortunately, the whole place was closed due to less people coming. Sounds weird, sorry. Keep your cafe open please at anytime. The area doesn’t invite kids to play. Everything is dried out. I can image it’s a beautiful place but if you can’t trust their page how should you consider it into your day plans.

We just had drinks here. The venue itself looks great, but the people behind the bar did not look like they really liked what they were doing.
