We bought condo in 2018 because Met 1’s location is simply unbeatable, with all the best that Miami has to offer right on our doorstep. From the great restaurants and shopping, to the vibrant nightlife and cultural activities, there is always something to do. In addition to the perfect location, the owners in the building are simply amazing. They are friendly, welcoming, and truly make you feel like part of a community.
The management team at Met 1 is also top-notch. They are always responsive to our needs and concerns, and truly go above and beyond to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Met 1 building to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home in Miami. It truly is a five-star experience in every way.

We lived here for about 4 years. Great location, the parking and package delivery guys were very nice and friendly. In 2020, neighbors moved in on the floor above and huge cockroaches appeared in our apartment and there were a lot of them. When I asked about cockroach poisoning, the management denied the presence of cockroaches in the house and suggested poisoning the cockroaches yourself or waiting for a person who comes once a month and paying him a small amount. After 9 months the cockroaches disappeared. In 2023 I smelled in the apartment and developed asthma. It all started after pipes leaked in the apartment and black mold formed in the wall next to the washing machine. The house workers came and said that it was our fault, we added a lot detergent when washing, so the water leaked out twice. I had to call a plumber at my own expense, who found the cause (not detergent, of course) and changed the pipe + an inspector who confirmed the presence of mold.

In no way should you purchase a condo here or rent here. The building is being completely mismanaged. I feel I have to speak out since I do not feel anyone should have to risk their investment dollars purchasing an apartment here. There have been numerous burst pipes, many many many units have flooded. And to make matters worse, management and the board of the homeowners association completly ignored these issues. In some cases drywall wasn't properly dryed by building maintenance leading to mold issues. As as of today the board decided to simply reduce your water pressure to fix the issue with old pipes, instead of replacing them, you can barely take a shower. The pool will take 2 years to complete at an astronomical cost to owners. the association ignored all attempts to reduce this cost and instead went with a firm which has no experience with pool repair. These are but a few of the many issues you will have to deal with if you ignore this review and decide to purchase here or rent here.

Location location location! What it feels like to live in one of the best neighborhoods in the one of the best cities in the world. This is an amazing building to live. The management really cares and up keeps the building. The association has some decisions to make in terms of how to fix the pool situation. But, rest of the amenities are great!

Staff is great! The rules and regs are very firm. Some things are just plain dumb such as not breaking down a box you’ll get fined $100 but most of all is that the Pool has been closed for the last 4 months and now they don’t know when it will be repaired. It’s closed indefinitely as it was leaking into the garage. So if amenities are important to you rent elsewhere.

Amazing!! For my job I have to deal with many condo management offices in Miami and this might be the best of all. Management is well organized, all building employees are extremely nice and attentive, from the front desk to the package room. Claudia from management is exceptional. I rented a unit in this building and I can say tenants are treated as owners, there is not preference. Rules are enforced which to me it is a good thing, I wanted a safe, clean and quiet place to live. Highly recommended!

I lived here for 6 months and wouldn’t buy a unit here because of management at this building. Every time I had to interact with the management office they acted like it was an inconvenience and were unhelpful/ rude. The board should replace them. Most luxury buildings have a “how can I help you?” attitude towards the tenants and owners of their building, this one was the complete opposite. Good luck getting an email response or asking them a simple question, they basically want to be left alone by tenants.

The upsides to this building are the location front desk and receiving staff. Also, we loved the valet staff.
