I’ve been living at Monarc for a little over 5 months now and I love it. My unit is amazing and I’ve never had an issues with missing packages or anything (knock on wood!). Also the front desks team is awesome, especially Layha. She always has a smile on her face and is not only warm and welcoming but super attentive and helpful anytime I need assistance with anything. I appreciate the team here and recommend the building!

Ancient Occult

I have been living at Monarc for a year and a half, and it’s been nothing short of constant stress. The noise from the upstairs neighbors and those sharing the wall with me is incessant. The walls are thin, so I constantly hear my neighbors' dogs barking. The leasing office does not address noise complaints. Elevators are frequently out of service, resulting in lines out the front door at least a couple of times a week. If you're in a rush, you're out of luck.

I've made multiple complaints to the leasing office about parties upstairs at 2 & 3 in the morning with ping-pong balls and screaming noises. The leasing office lied to me multiple times, saying they would do something about the noise, but they never did. I also called security about the constant noise, and the residents cursed out the security personnel, & nothing was ever done.

Maintenance is also really suspect. They watch you and pay attention to the guests you bring into your home, even asking if they live here or not. They are not respectful of female guests, staring for awkwardly long periods, which gives off creepy vibes.

The dogs are destroying the building, excreting on the floors and walls. Dog hair is all over the amenities in the building. The pool has been closing earlier than it’s supposed to every night for the past two months. NOBODY CAN GET IN - While there are one or two nice people in the leasing office, management is always adamantly rude and dismissive, refusing to help. It’s just not worth the money.

I’ve actually watched one of the guys who was a pretty nice guy in the beginning adjust to the negative attitude office culture in the leasing office and he has changed as well If I had the time to move, I would leave today, but unfortunately, I’m very busy with my schedule, so I’m stuck here until the lease is up.

It’s just not worth it guys don’t do it. I’m thankful for Monarc because I’m thankful for everything in my life but if I could make a more informed decision, I wouldn’t move in this apartment. I’ve paid them over $60,000 and it’s not worth it.

I recently toured the building and was impressed by the amenities and the kindness of both the staff and residents. However, what truly stood out was Gustavo's exceptional care and professionalism. He made us feel right at home and showed a level of familiarity while giving us the tour that made us believe this could be a great place to live. While we're still deciding whether to move here, Gustavo's outstanding service has made us seriously consider it. For us, having someone reliable and caring like Gustavo makes a significant difference. Thank you!

The Monarc at Met building is presented as beautiful, but it's far from that. There is a record of bad maintenance in this building; it seems like every week there is something broken—the elevator is broken, the air conditioning isn't working, whatever. But the management doesn't respond, and sometimes they are really rude. They may just ignore your request to have something fixed for weeks. One of the other big problems is noise levels. The walls are thin—there is no peace there. The gym equipment is always breaking, and the pool is dirtier than it is clean. Not to mention the ridiculous aesthetics: so outdated and barely practical. Apart from that, I found all the positive reviews suspiciously flattering. All of them sounded like they were written by the same person. Obvious that management is desperately trying to cover loads of shortcomings in this area. Spare yourself the hassle—look elsewhere. Monarchs at the Met don't deserve the money or the headaches.

I have lived in many apartments in South FL and this is my favorite for many reasons. My apartment is gorgeous, high ceilings, no carpet, large kitchen and bathroom, tons of storage, new appliances, huge balcony, and so many nice amenities throughout the building. Most importantly they have great management. Gustavo and Garrett in the leasing office are angels and provide excellent communication. They've addressed every question and concern I've brought to them immediately and with a smile.

We are a travel agency focused on white glove concierge and experiences. We travel around and recommend places to our clients. Amenities, Staff and service it’s always what we pay most attention to. Gustavo was the person in charge of giving us the tour and showing us around, he did an exceptional job. He was approachable, had great attitude and was very helpful. Great location with great staff. The apartment complex is great. You’ll wait sort of long for the elevators sometimes, but overall it’s a good place to live as a young professional. And the front desk services—5th Avenue—is great and always very helpful.

Very professional and organized rental experience. Apartments are beautiful, but rates are a little high as are all apartments in Miami. We had a couple of little issues when my daughter initially moved into her apartment but they quickly remedy them. Gustavo is the absolute BEST in the leasing office! And the property is absolutely beautiful. Having a Whole Foods grocery store right next-door is the icing on the cake! We highly recommend this apartment and Gustavo!!
