I couldn’t be happier living in this community!

After moving from Chicago, the entire apartment search, lease signing, and move-in process went seamlessly. We had the pleasure of working with Dailin, who was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond, coordinating our move and furniture deliveries, and consistently checking in to assist with anything we needed.

The amenities here are exceptional, especially the pool deck. It’s one of the most relaxing pools I’ve encountered, beautifully surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor bar and grilling areas are great too, offering plenty of seating. The wellness lounge has a lovely eucalyptus scent, creating an inviting atmosphere. Both the cycling studio and fitness center are top-notch.

The downtown location is super convenient. I love having Whole Foods, CVS, and numerous coffee shops nearby, all while being close to the vibrant restaurants and bars in Brickell. Plus, I enjoy taking walks in Brickell Key and Bayfront Park, so for anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors, this location is perfect.

I highly recommend making Muze at Met your home!

Ive been here some time. The people that work here are amazing. People in the lobby are super nice and welcoming. Jose at maintenance is great and helps us everytime. There has been some problems with the elevators and at times they forget to heat up the pool for a couple of weeks.

I’ve been living at Muze at Met for two years now, and it has truly been an exceptional experience. The building is not only beautiful but also comes with a team that makes living here feel special.

Mike in the leasing office is always a pleasure to work with. His friendly attitude and professionalism make any interaction a breeze. The concierge team, led by Astrid and Marvin, never fails to greet you with warm smiles and are always eager to help.

The valet team, including Nate, Mac, and Eduardo, consistently delivers top-notch service. They’re always attentive, efficient, and go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Overall, Muze at Met offers a welcoming environment and a staff that goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Five stars absolutely!! Loved the building. But what it makes your staying better is a really good people around it. I had the opportunity to meet Danilo the concierge, he is incredibly talented, he is so gentle when you ask him questions. If I have the opportunity to go to Muze at met again. I will definitely ask for Danilo’s help and I know he will receive me with a big smile.

We have been living here for a year, and our experience has been great. The staff is wonderful and always helpful, from valet parking and concierge to the maintenance team. But especially, Astrid at the front desk—she always has a smile and is attentive to anything we might need. She’s definitely an essential part of the building and makes us feel at home.

I just moved into Muze recently and I could not be more pleased! Dailin and Mike were so helpful with all of my questions and made the whole process as smooth as possible. All of the concierge, and valet employees are beyond helpful and so kind. They assisted with my million packages/bags I had when moving in and continue to make living here easy. On top of all that, my apartment itself is perfect. It's very modern, and clean. I feel very safe and I am so happy I chose Muze! Thank you guys!

I have been living at Muze at Met for a few months and loving it!

Michael Benzel was my point of contact for the viewing, lease paperwork, moving-in logistics, etc. He's been professional, diligent, and genuine. Coming from NYC, where finding, applying, and leasing an apartment is stressful and shady, I found securing an apartment at Muze to be a transparent and a well-organized process that took no time.

All within a block or two, you have the Metro Mover (a free and clean above-ground subway with security aboard), Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, Silverspot Cinema, and Bayfront Park (waterfront pedestrian paths). There's also scattering of banks, local bars, cafes, and restaurants. Living in this pocket of Downtown, you're a stone's throw from vibrant and bustling Brickell but can enjoy the quieter setting and lower price point by going just over the bridge.

All the units I've seen at Muze are beautiful and well-designed – modern, spacious, clean, bright, and homey. They have thoughtful touches like moveable kitchen islands, USB wall outlets, light-up vanity mirrors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and covered private balconies that are hurricane-proof. These are wonderful unexpected bonuses when you're just hoping for an oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and a coveted in-unit laundry.

Between the app-based valet for garage parking, the gorgeous tropical landscape of the pool deck and outdoor lounge, the state-of-the-art gym + spa, and the Amazon package room, you'll feel like you're living a high life.

As a young single female, I feel safe and at home at Muze at Met. I'd recommend this building to anyone looking in or around this area of Miami.
